Co-Educational Environment & Decorum

Our college takes immense pride in offering an inclusive, highly respectful co-educational ecosystem. To preserve an excellent standard of morality and safety, the following rules are strictly absolute:

• Any form of misconduct, inappropriate interaction, or harassment between male and female students will trigger an immediate, irreversible suspension.
• Students must restrict their focus to purely collaborative, academic, and co-curricular projects within designated college areas.
• Political activism, unauthorized gatherings, and non-academic group distributions are strictly banned across the campus parameters.

Strict Attendance & Academic Rigor

Academic excellence requires absolute commitment. Students must satisfy the minimum required attendance threshold of 75% across all registered subjects to remain eligible to sit for Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) or University of the Punjab examinations. Prolonged unexcused absences will result in a heavy penalty or strikes leading to formal termination of admission.

Uniform & Mandatory ID Cards

Discipline begins with our visual representation. All enrolled students must strictly wear the formally prescribed college uniform during operational hours. The institutional student ID card must be visibly worn at all times upon entering the main gate; entry will be categorically denied to any student without an official ID card.

Zero-Tolerance Campus Policies

The College Discipline Committee retains an unyielding stance against severe behavioral violations. Immediate expulsion from the rolls, accompanied by permanent record blacklisting, will be applied to any student found involved in:

• Bringing unauthorized outsiders onto college grounds, inciting physical arguments, or participating in vandalism.
• Possession, distribution, or consumption of any prohibited chemical substances, smoking, or carrying weapon contraband.
• Damaging institutional properties, digital labs, or displaying systemic insubordination toward professors and staff.

Digital Portal & Tech Code of Conduct

The GGC Central Student Portal, computer labs, and digital assets must be accessed solely for genuine educational growth. Uploading malicious text, bypassing security systems, using unauthorized scripts, or exploiting user accounts will result in immediate suspension of IT system keys and severe disciplinary prosecution under local cyber laws.
